Craig Sundecks and Porches guarantees that the work will be constructed in accordance with accepted home improvement practices, and will guarantee against defects in workmanship from the date of its completion date as follows:

1. Project utilizing #1 pressure treated pine for decking, rail cap, bench, and stair materials, the warranty will be 6 months. If "C-Select" is utilized, the warranty will be one year.
2. Porches, patios, and projects utilizing Trex and Cedar for decking, rail cap, bench, and stair materials, the warranty period will be two years.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects which are the result of characteristics common to the materials used, or conditions resulting from condensation, expansion, or contraction of such materials. The materials will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty work must be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of written request from the Owner. Craig Sundecks and Porches shall not be responsible for wear and tear to lawn or grass areas that re required to gain access and construct the specified project. If muddy conditions exist during construction, your deck may need to be power washed after completion. Craig Sundecks and Porches shall not be responsible for any necessary power washing without an associated cost to Owner.
